Order failed to deliver
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, our customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. We’ll then hold on the order for 28 days at no cost. During this time please contact us at parallaxthreadco@gmail.com and confirm your address. We will ship out the package again.
Damaged & mislabeled items
At Parallax Thread Co., we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out to you. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged durning shipment, please contact us at parallaxthreadco@gmail.com and we can make it right.
Order lost in transit
Please be mindful and remember that shipping times may not always be accurate or updated frequently due to Covid-19.
If you see that your order has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at parallaxthreadco@gmail.com. Please include your order number, tracking number, and confirm your shipping address.
Delivered but unable to find the package
If you've checked your tracking number and it states that the package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please inquire with the carrier about additional delivery details. (i.e. delivery to side door, etc.)
